I badly wish ....
... to be great at technical skills at this stage in my life.. Not because its placement time now but because I see great prospects in this area. I never tried to work hard to improve on programming etc stuff but guess, with age, one gets to understand that sometimes one can't really get things without hard work. I don't understand if there's some kind of an aptitude required for being technically competent. But, I would definitely work out on 'improving' what I've got in now. Hope for the best.
