Solitude - a solution to all worries

It really is. Being solitary works unbelievably. Think of a time when you felt really low. Can't think of it? C'mon. Now, what actually helped then? I can't remember even a single such instance when I was tense and got back to normal mindset with the help of others around. For some, it's a great feeling to have others speak good words, sympathizing and feeling pity on their conditions. But what ultimately helps in recovering is collecting all your thoughts together yourself, getting a new inspiration from somwhere down there, and having decided to start all over again.

This is what I need when am sad:
1) No sympathizing statements
2) Humans-free surroundings
3) Music on with some sad tracks
4) Thoughts of a couple of those 'confidense-boosting' situations which must have happened to me in past
5) A piece of paper and a pen. These M$ notepads too work bigtime

and that's it I guess.

Time taken to write this post: 15 minutes
