Need Help!!

For all the techie people out there, a small help needed. I have a text file where in there's a list of all the feeds to whom I wish to subscribe. Since they're really large in number, I can't even think of subscribing one by one.

I currently use sharp reader. Is there any way that this text file could be converted to an opml file or any way such that a feed reader could read the text file, line by line and subscribe me to all of them?
