Appreciation
What is that motivates people? 'Appreciations' and 'Rewards' definitely play the major role in that. Motives get over, interests and enthusiams are lost and things get dull if there aren't any rewards and inspiring words/appreciations for the work.On musical night, we had IIIT's official band, Insomnia, performing for over an hour and there wasn't any crowd out in the ground. There weren't more than some 15 students banging their head in the ground that has a capacity of over 700-800 people. IIIT students seem to me as a boring lot. People aren't interested to move out of their rooms and check out the world around them. Participation is not what is required. Audience play a major role too. But guess, these students get all deaf at the time of their admissions. This low degree of enthusiasm is one of the most important reasons for Felicity being a 'lesser' success than it should be. Strange people!! Boring people!!
