A realization

A particular thing is valued the most only until it is achieved. Once achieved or won, it loses its charm, its value in the eyes of the winner. Not that it's bad or is unfair on the part of the winner but what I basically mean to say is that at times, it happens that one really appreciates something and wants to continue appreciating or loving it with the same extent throughout one's life. In those times, it may be a good idea to not occupy or win that thing basically because otherwise, it might lose its shine. In other words, standing first in a ranklist would definitely be more attractive for the person who's never been there but really wishes to be compared to the person who's stood first a lot of times.

The graph could be something like this:

It indicates that after the winning point, the value certainly gets reduced (after may be a little delay) compared to when it's actually achieved. I am somehow feeling low.

You want something ... try hard for something .. but once u get it u find no difference at all .. and maybe tend to get disappointed :)
